You know why Chic-fil-a has such nice employees? They hire nice people!
You know workers ar McDonalds aren’t nice? Because McDonalds doesn’t care!
2. The Interview is Crucial - This is an audit of skills + personality
If they don’t fit its OK!
Every time you “give someone a chance” is a time you’re gonna get burned!
3. Know What You’re Looking For - Double check that your audit was correct
Take notes, like a short journel entry, after the interview has left
Close your eyes and picture them working with clients, or in the warehouse alone…WHAT DO THE CHEMICALS IN YOUR BODY DO AS YOU WATCH THEM WORKING? WHY DO YOU FEEL THAT WAY?
