This week we discuss habits and focus with Sarah Vincent who works with at-risk youth and families as a Recovery Mentor, Drug and Alcohol Counselor, Financial Education Strategist, and Parent Advocate for over 25 years. She runs a nonprofit, Soul Purpose, and helps at-risk youth with multiple programs. Sarah has a mobile fitness unit that she takes to various treatment facilities, schools, and the juvenile department, and focuses on holistic fitness, and life skills, in her programming She has also developed the Alliance Program that is a youth/ guardian conflict resolution blueprint. As well she has formed Women Lifting Women, part of the Alliance, elevating women from addiction to prosperity. One of her passions is public speaking and outreach in her community to help deal with generational addiction and poverty.
As a former addict that has overcome trauma from childhood abuse, an eating disorder, obesity, cocaine addiction, and other self-destructive behaviors, she knows what it's like to feel lost. In this episode Sarah shares how our emotions stem from the ages of 0-7 and how we can change our future to whatever we desire!
