And this is how to use milestones and instant gratification to help your business have more engaged members or clients that will stay loyal for longer.

What you need to do:

1. Create milestones of achievements for your community.

2. Celebrate them with your members/clients when they reach them.

3. Send them a physical gift when they do.

Now the next one will push harder and all the rest will stay for longer just because there are "trophies" to ve earned.
