He has also completed over $100M luxury residential new construction projects throughout Long Island. Ryan's primary responsibilities include Underwriting, acquisitions, asset management, construction management, and broker seller outreach.

Joshua has over 3 years of experience developing, owning, and operating multifamily properties in greater New York City. He has also worked on construction project management for over seven years completing over 300M of commercial residence repositioning projects.
