Often touted as a great way of making "passive" income, we explore just how much work and thought actually goes into making money from cash-flowing properties. Spoiler alert, it's more than most people probably think. However, it remains a great way of building wealth if you know what you're doing, you know what the rules of the game are, and are willing to put in the work.

AJ has a background in finance and economics, graduating from UC Berkeley in 2013 with a double major in both. He's been investing in the market since he was 16 and in real estate since 2014.
