I attended a low-cost Art School with low-cost amenities like all the dorms, offices, and studios did not have air conditioning. The real struggle came when it was time to sleep in the hot, humid conditions. The more I sweated, the more stressed I became, which raised my body temperature more, which fed this uncomfortable cycle.

That is when I tried to shift my focus on my problem and onto something peaceful. Am fantastic thing happened; it lowered my body temperature, and my body stopped sweating, which in turn keep me from sticking to my sheets. That all contributed to a great night's sleep.

To secret to keep from blowing your cool is to remain cool. Focus on peaceful things, and you will be amazed at how less stressed you would be.
