Now that you have those, now it is time to sell that product or service. So, something that you must consider is the accessibility of your product to your desired customer.
Here is the thing, we live in a world where almost everything is on demand, and user experience is highly important. In fact it is a major focus point of digital designs. So, in a world that is filled with instant gratification, your products or services need to have a similar experience when it comes to accessibility.
Think about all the times you clicked off of a website because it was taking too long to load.
Well, that would mean that the product you were looking to buy, or the content you had wanted to look at was not as accessible as you had hoped. As a result, you decided that it was not worth your time or your efforts.
