When Nuseir Yassin, founder of Nas Daily, announced that he was going to move to Singapore, he received a lot of backlash. Mostly known as Nas, the guy who made one video a day for 1,000 days and travelled the world, he received backlash for a lot of reasons, which you are free to google, but in this post, I want to focus on this one: why choose Singapore when it’s such a ‘racist, anti-LGTBQ+ and burnout-cultured dictatorship’ (to paraphrase all the comments I read)?
