The Script: Finding a Job with no Experience.
How to land a job with no experience!
What is the number one key thing or factor
That young people wonder, worry and think about
When wanting to start a Job
Or starting there job search
How do I find and get a Job
When I have no Experience
Will I need to find an intern position?
Will I need to take little to no money?
Do I have to work long hours?
Will they teach me everything I need to know?
Who will become my mentor?
How long do I have to work before I can get a real job?
What qualifies as past experience?
And do I have what it takes to get stuff done?
Lot’s of Questions
Little experience
Short on Hands On
Smart but not truly skilled
And Companies today want people that can come out of the gate
Like Rock Stars
And businesses want little Risk in New Hires
So where to start and what should be considered
Paper and pencil Please
Write down everything you know about your life
Examples
Musician
Can speak two languages
Good at Math and numbers
Can do hard labor if needed
Solid Education and good learning skills
Past jobs or any hands on work
Next focus on Learning Skills
Your goal in life right now is to learn everything possible
Money is not the goal first starting out and looking for a Position
Next be willing to accept almost any pay that companies are willing to risk on you
Why, because remember money is not the goal
If I wanted to be a mechanic working on airplanes
I would look for a great trade school and learn all new skills
Next
And work for almost nothing to gain the Hands-On experience
Next, I would go the extra mile and assist other people and co working
And
Why, some may ask is this all needed?
Because in a few years you will have a lot of knowledge and skills
And can transfer them to anywhere people are repairing Airplanes
So
Learn
Listen
Adapt
Adjust
Change
Do what it takes
And be willing to go further then others will go
And never quit, even if the work gets to hard
Use your god given talents
Use your brain
Use your hands On skills
Use all that you may have learned in school
And be willing to dig deeper then others to prove you are the best for any Job
Or Position
Build your career and life on all the hard work you put in
Do what others only wish and dream about!
