Welcome to a new mini-series I am doing called Rich Realtor Poor Realtor which was inspired by the book Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki.
If you haven’t read the book, Kiyosaki compares and contrasts the differences in how a rich dad and a poor dad frames their thoughts about money and finances.
In this mini-series, Rich Realtor Poor Realtor, I will take real estate foundations and compare and contrast how a successful realtor and a struggling realtor handles their business.
There is usually a clear picture of why some people seem to do really well in real estate and others continue to struggle. You don’t have to be really good in all of the foundational areas of real estate, but you do need to be great in key areas.
If there is an aspect of your business you do not like doing, no problem. Hire someone else to handle the things you don’t like while you work on the areas of your business you enjoy.
If you do not have the money to hire someone, then you will have to work your business until you can. Lead generation is the crux of your business. Without it, you have no business. For this reason, it is so important you establish effective lead pillars that will continuously flow new leads into your pipeline daily. Not every lead generation method will be for everyone, but you need to find at least 3 you can use and master to grow your business.
