Daryl has helped Disruptive Advertising grow from 10 employees to more than 160 employees with a run rate of over $25  million--putting them on the Inc 5000 four years in a row and being listed as one of USA Today’s Best Places to Work. 

Daryl has been heavily involved in sales, marketing, partnerships and in perfecting growth-oriented marketing solutions. Daryl understands customers’ needs and how to build a team to meet those needs. He regularly reminds his team members “There are no  easy days; there are days you grow and days you don’t,  but there are no easy days.” 

He also enjoys fitness having completed his first 50-miler and now setting his sights on a 100-miler  in the near future. He combines this passion with wellness challenges and courses to encourage employees to live active healthy lifestyles.
