So often I am getting DM’s on my Instagram @petiakolibova from women who are sharing with me how frustrated they are feeling at their jobs. They are looking for the way out yet they don’t know what exactly the next step could be so they don’t burn the bridges and step into scarcity. 

 

Here are the three steps I share with my 1:1 clients to dive into before they quit:

Change the way you feel Remember, no matter where you are going you take yourself with you. You get to shift how you are feeling in your current job so you are taking your new energy into the next step. What helps with that is to create a list of positive aspects about the job you have right now. Before each time you go to work write three things you do like about your job or why your job is good for right now. 

Use your current job as a free University of lifeIf you are in the University or in your own biz all the lessons you get to pay for. Yet, when you are working for someone else you can take it as a free education. Look around yourself and start noticing:What is something you do like about the way they are doing the things?What is something you don’t like and wouldn’t want to experience in your next job or biz?This is giving you immense clarity and clarity creates confidence and courage to be open for new opportunities. 

Make the best out of what is When we are complaining and seeing only what is missing and what is wrong we get more of that in our life experiences. Ask yourself, how this job served you? How did you help you be a better person? Who did you meet that helped you grow? Etc. See what is as the good thing and more good things will come to you.
