anxiety can feel like it’s a cloud slowly taking over your life, but it doesn’t control you - let it visit, let it teach you and then let it go don’t let it overstay. acknowledge where this anxiety is stemming from, recognise what you can do to help and find new healthy coping mechanisms. anxiety is not a weakness, reach out to people and ask for help there is no shame in feeling this emotion - feed that ball of anxiety into your art whether it be poetry, reading, writing. anxiety and mental health doesn’t always have to be something to ‘get rid of’ and push to the back of your mind so it goes away, it is something to heal from and grow from. you have all the time in the world.
