How To Lose Weight Without Tracking Calories

In this episode, I talk about how to lose weight without having to count calories. Now, always keep in mind that although you don’t need to count calories, know that calories always do count towards your intake whether you’re aware of them or not. However, I do understand that there are people who aren’t able to count calories due to certain conditions or restraints. This can also help if you are trying to transition from counting calories to a more flexible “intuitive eating” approach. Hope this helps!
