I know there is lots of hype on YouTube about lucid dreaming, and I wanted to make a more realistic video, talking about the truth. how LONG will it really take you to be able to lucid dream for the first time, honestly? Well, the truth is you COULD do it tonight. You could lucid dream tonight but it’s not likely.

What’s more likely is that it might take you about 1 or 2 months to have your first one, and maybe a bit longer to start really having regular lucid dreams that you can control easily.
