I’ve been thinking about this for a while now, the idea that lucid dreaming is like a rocket. 

You have your techniques, methods and exercises which is the rocket part… 

And then you have your FUEL which is inspiration, motivation, and BELIEF. 

These two parts are essential to you being able to lucid dream, because without one, the rocket won’t launch. 

It’s very important to believe you can do something, before you actually try and do it, otherwise you’ll LITERALLY hold yourself back at the holographic level of reality.
