Welcome back to The Teach Lead Coach Podcast! This episode is inspired by a question we had from an awesome teacher at a workshop we hosted. In this episode, we talk all about ENERGY. How to create it, maintain it, boost it, and more. There is nothing more important than our energy. It not only impacts us, but everyone around us. When we are in a positive mindset, we attract positive things back to us. Teaching all day can burn us out emotionally and physically, so it is important that we not only start our day with energy, but we know how to boost it back up throughout our day.
