• Fill in your personal calendar first. Mark vacations, birthdays, and self-care days. These are non-negotiables.
• Dedicate specific time blocks to work. Limit your work hours to increase focus and productivity.

4. Commit to Being #1 (Even If It’s Just in Your Mind)

Ask yourself: What would it take to be number one in my chosen niche or platform?

• How would you spend your time?
• Who would you need to network with?
• What skills or knowledge would you need to acquire?

Visualizing this level of excellence helps you create a roadmap for your daily and weekly habits. You don’t have to be the best—but working as though you’re striving for the top will transform your business.
