How To Make A Habit Switching Strategy That Actually Works!

Do you want to create a habit?


I've seen people try and fail time after time. They start with good intentions, but they give up when the task becomes too hard or takes too much effort. That's why I developed my Habit Switching Strategy! It is simple, effective, and will help you make any habit last long-term.

In this video, I share the five steps to making a habit switching strategy that actually works:

*Step 1: Identify your goal, and find what you're currently doing wrong to achieve it.
*Step 2: Create a new routine for yourself, and be sure to have a "cue" or trigger so it's easy for you to remember when you need to do your new action.
*Step 3: Be patient. It can take up to four weeks before your brain starts understanding the change as being normal behavior.
*Step 4: Practice makes perfect. The more times you practice something, the easier it will become until there's no stopping you from achieving success!

Making a habit of something is hard, but it's not impossible. It might be useful, especially if you're trying to switch from an unhealthy practice to a healthy habit or if you're trying to get more organized in your life.
