What is a Vision Book?
A vision book is a manifestation tool that consists of multiple pages that represent your long-term goals, desires as well as things that make you happy.
Instead of presenting your biggest desires and goals on a single board, the vision book represents your best life wrapped in pretty covers. However, it’s up to you to turn this book into one based on a true story!

What To Put In A Vision book?

Current visions and goals
Long-term goals and desires
Monthly/quarterly goals you want to achieve and which will bring you closer to your final goals
Entire areas in life you want to improve (health, love, career…)
Descriptions of how you want to feel about specific people, things
Descriptions of what type of relationships you want to build/improve in your life
List of very specific things (for example if you want to manifest your ideal partner, write down the characteristics, or describe the personality of your future partner to have. Then visualize how having that person in your life makes you feel
Specific things that inspire you (for example, mountains, palm trees, any random thing that warms your heart)
Specific material things you want to manifest (it doesn’t have to be something super big that you’d normally put on a vision board, you can include little things too)
Quotes, powerful affirmations, and inspirational words

When making the vision book, the key is to think about what you want in life now as well as over the next 40-50 (random number) years! You can even plan your retirement to details and choose where you’d live at the age of 75. Your vision book can include all the long-term desires and goals you want to manifest.

You have plenty of space to get creative, so you don’t necessarily need to be very specific. In other words, the vision book doesn’t require super-serious goal setting.
Everything that inspires you can get a page in your vision book!
It’s great that you can constantly upgrade your vision book, but what If you don’t really have much time to do so? If you are a busy person, find out your core values based on which you will determine your biggest desires. Once you know all that,  make a vision board.
