1 - Start now. Your brain will tell you that this isn’t the best time, this is the wrong time. 

2 - Be willing to go through the messy middle.

3 - Become a part of the 1% club.  It is the small, easy, consistent things you do that actually create the biggest results in life.

4 - Be Patient.

5 - Choose to have fun with the process.  Tiny celebrations.
