How to make it through one of those days

I am having one of those days, in fact I am having one of those months. So I thought I would share with you how I make it through these.

I have three to five steps which I try to complete, consistently. And if I do that, I am almost accidentally looking after myself to a point of incrementally not being able to deny my body and mind are feeling better. 

The point of these things is not to force you to do things out of your comfort zone but to give you ideas on what you could do when you feel like you can't do anything at all. Even if you do it from bed!
