Your brain LOVES to make every little thing mean something - it's how we're hardwired. But are those meanings actually supporting you?
For example: If you've gained weight, does it mean that you're lazy? Or that you're eating your feelings? Or that you've been working hard to bulk up at the gym? Is it good or bad? Inherently it doesn't mean anything. But you make it mean something!
Same goes for changes in your health, in your work, in relationships - pretty much everywhere.
We go through this in more detail as well as outline a simple process you can start using to make sure that these meanings are helping you and elevating you instead of dragging you down.
By becoming aware of the meanings you are associating with different things and circumstances, you can elevate your self talk, transform your inner critic, and become empowered to really step into your best and brightest self.
