Today we will come back to the basis of our existence, being just resting peace. In this state, many of our problems fall away as they exist outside the moment. As we learn to come back to this state and give ourselves some deep rest and recharge, we become stronger and are more capable of handling our problems when we come back from meditation.

Feel free to lay down during this meditation, take a blanket, make yourself comfortable and be ready to relax.
