How to manage or deal with frustration with the help of EFT

Feeling. Sometimes, many of us, had to learn to feel, or are in the process of doing so. But, why? What’s the purpose of connecting to how we feel? Of noticing and being aware of what we are feeling? Well, because without that skill, we cannot heal and, therefore, we remain stuck. And so, today’s interview is about a type of technique that can help us tap into those feelings we didn’t even know existed, release them and move forward.

My guest today is someone I love deeply. His name is Stephen Duffy, he is a Certified EFT (Tapping) practitioner, based in Sydney, and he happens to be my husband too. ;)

During this interview we talk about what EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is, how it works, what can happen during a session and most importantly how it can help us work through things such us frustration and overwhelm. Stephen also shares with us a powerful (but simple) exercise you can start practicing at home, or wherever you are, that can help you deal with frustration or other emotions in the moment.
