Fredrick previously served as the Master Change Agent for Ascension Health, the largest non-profit, faith-based healthcare system in the United States, which included 2600+ sites of care, including 151 hospitals and more than 130,000 employees nationwide; where he developed and executed change management strategies in support of local and national initiatives. So we think it might be safe to say that he kind of knows his stuff!
