How to Manage Your Emotions in Your Small Business

The single most common problem that I see small business owners struggling with is managing their emotions - specifically, how can they STOP their results making them feel negative. 

So in today's episode I have ONE goal - to help you disembark the emotional roller coaster and divorce your emotions from the results you get in your business. 

The truth is, emotions cause more small business owners to close their business than anything else. 

And worse than that, I think they often believe it's "something about them" that makes them feel that way. 

Let me tell you this... it's perfectly NORMAL to have all the emotions in your business. It's a challenging journey and it's one that most people in the world wouldn't dream of - so you're already winning. 

HOWEVER - if you do want your business to succeed, then you WILL need to understand how to manage your emotions. 

When I'm coaching my clients I use a framework called The Success Triad - and it will literally get you any result you want in your life and business. As the name suggests there are 3 pillars

  1. Emotional Management
  2. Thought Management 
  3. Consistent, Aligned Action (to create clarity and obtain data)
