In this episode, everything you need to manifest a good night's sleep.
Here's a step-by-step sequence for using the "SleepWhisper Technique" to enhance your sleep quality through focused intent:
Step 1: Take a few moments to clear your mind. (Simular to the focus you have when you ask for someones phonenumber and you are listening to write it down.)
Step 2: See yourself in your minds eye having a deep sleep. Feel how relaxed you are.
Step 3: Whisper to yourself, speak each word deliberately and with intention.:
SCRIPT:
"I sleep deeply and peacefully through the night."
My spoken intention is to fall asleep fast toninght and to wake up at ? o'clock tomorrow morning, feeling refreshed, happy and ready for the new day.
I also ask the helpful forces in the universe to support me in manifesting this. This is my spoken intention. It is done. Thank you so much."
Step 4: Trust that it will happen, forget all about it and go abut the rest of your day. Go to sleep as normal.
