Sharing 3 Minutes of Wisdom and Understanding: We cannot understand our reality from a single physical-material perspective as we are not just a physical body; we also hold an energetic mental body, an energetic emotional body, and an energetic spiritual body. As we experience life, we suppress lots of emotions and trauma, and if we don’t learn how to release these suppressed energies, we will reach a point where our physical body can no longer hold on to them and will start releasing them through physical illnesses and diseases.
