while there is technically no “right way” or “wrong way” to meditate, I share my new mindset and approach when it comes to meditation as it has been immensely life-changing, improving every area of my life and especially lowering my stress level at their baseline by a TON. it is a form of mindfulness meditation that you can customize time-wise based off of how much you have going on in your life that you need to sort through.
