Serving as an overseer can be very difficult. There can be high expectations from others as well as our own perfectionistic tendencies. This can amount to a lot of pressure.

How can we take a step back from the pressure to perform and look for another way of relating to the people of God? To my mind, the Biblical values of vulnerability and authenticity are the key. I invite you to listen in as I show you why and then how to model these values in your assembly.
