Sometimes you feel demotivated for the many more reason, you try to motivate yourself to watch motivational video, podcast, or reading the blog but you don't motivate yourself, then in that particular time, you have to take sometime rest probably 2-3 days of 1-2 weeks and doing meditation daily eat healthily and lead your life happily with your family.
Because your brain tried to find out peace and that gives you more energy to doing productive work. Also, stay healthy because health is wealth.
