What will motivate you when life gets toughs? Getting back from a great lost can be dentrimental. Many people could not easily get back from losing a career, a job, a love one, a friend, etc. Usually, the situation calls for a great letting go. When we are faced by a situation which we do not have a control of, the only way to get back is to learn from it. We can find support from a close relative, a friend, counsellor or a support group. The first step is to open up to someone who can help you. This way we can already feel relaxed by releasing your stress. Sometimes, we only need to forgive and swallow our pride and give in to someone who may have hurt us. Also, learn to forgive ourselves; not be too hard on ourselves. When we let go of our negative feelings, this can already be a great start to recovery.
