We talk about some data points, steps and tools related to connection (or lack of connection), and why it's so important for organizations/leader to invest in workforce well-being and make connection a known topic. Ryan shares from his book "Connectable" as well as steps he works through with organizations to aid in intentionally encouraging workforce (or other) connections a reality.
