On this episode of "Dance Chats", we are in part 2 of our Competition series, and myself and my special guest, Ashley Mowrey are chatting about how to navigate awards at competition!

Ashley Mowrey is a dance mindset coach who truly believes in helping dancers calm their mind, cultivate self confidence, and clarify needs, values, and goals!
