How to Navigate Grief Without Feeling Alone

Listen Later

This week in life… someone very dear to me passed away. Grief has been a profound teacher in my life, and this week, I’ve been reflecting on how we share it—or don’t—with those around us.

In this episode, I explore the importance of inviting our community into our grief, even when it feels vulnerable or unfamiliar. I share my personal experience of navigating loss, the inner conflict of reaching out, and why I believe grief is meant to be held in connection rather than isolation.

Together, we’ll explore:

·  Why grief should be witnessed, not hidden

·  How to name what you need in times of loss

·  The power of remembrance rituals and shared experiences

If you’ve ever struggled with allowing others into your grief, this episode is for you. Let’s talk about what it means to be held in sorrow and why healing happens in community.
