He obtained his medical degree and his doctorate of jurisprudence at the University of Pennsylvania. He has spent most of his professional life practicing medical and healthcare law. He has been a digital health advisor, AI advisor, and speaker on these and other topics. He is also one of the 12 speakers at the live 2024 Nonclinical Career Summit to be held in April. During today’s interview, Dr. McMenamin provides his thoughts on the topic of work as a medical expert witness. He begins by explaining why he decided to pursue a law degree and career after completing his residency.
