Just For Today

How to navigate the feelings of 'could've, would've, should've'.

Send me a text message, if you have enjoyed this weeks episode, I would love to hear from you!

Hey

Welcome to another episode of my podcast, this weeks episode has been inspired by a member of my WhatsApp group, as she came into the group experiencing feelings of 'could've , would've, should've'  following a recent loss of a loved one. These feelings were consuming her alongside the grief she was experiencing, and she was seeking support in order to move through them.

So this week I share my own experiences with the 'could've, would've, should'ves' and not just in relation to when we lose someone to death, but also in the context of life events and/or beliefs that are holding us back, as well as tried and tested ways to change the dialogue in your head.

I would love to hear what you think to my musings in this episode as well as any topics you would like me to cover.
