Eleni Gates is the founder of Gates Hospitality Group, a strategic communications firm that helps consumer-facing brands and leaders communicate with clarity, credibility, and purpose. Her career spans over a decade in the hospitality and restaurant industry, from a childhood spent in her parents' breakfast-and-lunch restaurant on Siesta Key, Florida, to leading communications and investor relations at First Watch Restaurants through its IPO, to heading PR at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill.
Eleni holds a degree in Public Relations and an MBA, which together gave her the confidence to launch Gates Hospitality Group. Today she works with restaurant brands, life coaches, authors, speakers, financial advisors, and other consumer-facing leaders, bringing the warmth of a hospitality mindset to everything she does.
