Shutterstock Dear Liz, I could use some tactical advice about how to neutralize my enemy at work. I didn’t do anything to antagonize this guy we can call Bob, but he hates me for some reason and he works hard to stab me in the back whenever he gets a chance. I have tried being very nice to him and collaborating with him. I have bent over backwards trying to be a friend to Bob, but he is still hyper-critical of me. He’s a co-worker at my level, not a supervisor.
