There is often a deeper meaning to being hard on yourself such as unhealed trauma or being fearful of other peoples opinions/judgement. Learn to be kind to yourself and surround yourself with the right people, recognise the fact putting yourself down is not going to help achieve your dreams of goals - give yourself time and empathy to be yourself again.
