(authorities, friends, enemies, family) Our beliefs affect everything in our lives, from our actions, to our habits, to our decisions, and eventually to the achievements or lack thereof that we attain throughout our lives. 

In this episode you’ll learn not only how to NOT believe in yourself and the things people do to destroy their belief in themselves, but inversely how TO believe in yourself and the habits you need to develop belief that leads to more action in your life.
