All leads are not the same.

 

You’ve got hot leads, warm leads, and cold leads.


But you have to treat each segment of leads differently. 


A cold lead is somebody who is new to your page, or just found out about you, and is on your page to learn more about you and the service you provide. She is curious and cautious, and not ready to book yet. 


Warm leads are people who’ve probably been following you for a minute or they heard about you from a friend. She’ll be excited to be chatting with you and might say something like: I heard this… or I’ve been following you… or something like that. 


She’s been thinking about getting her hair done or nails done, or brows done, but right now she’s in the market research phase. 


She’s not quite ready to book, but she is willing to book with the “right” provider. This is your opportunity to stand out from the herd. 


A hot lead is someone who is actively looking to get her hair nails brows done in the next two weeks. Hot leads have already peeped the market and know what they so cut to the chase lock her appointment down and collect her deposit.


Then make sure her client experience is top tier… so you can get her testimonial and referrals.
