- How many fuck bucks do you have and where do you want to spend them daily?

- Where have you been conditioned to carry shame about caring/not caring?

- Are you being realistic about what you can do/impact or do you have a hero complex?

- What is your why for helping? Are you motivated by clout and approval or because you truly care?

- Do you have clear emotional boundaries or are you burned out from too much caring?

- Are you staying in your lane or trying to be an expert at everything?
