Yande is the owner and director of Perth-based brand Rep Kulture a fashion label with the mission of bringing people together to embrace their cultural roots. Yande launched the brand in 2018 where she sold her garments online and in local markets, the brand grew and in 2020 the first Rep Kulture brick-and-mortar store was opened in the city.
