Welcome to our second YPT podcast with hosts Dr. Dilan Dabare and Dr. Stan Benjamens!
In this podcast, we interview three of our own board members – Dr. Hannah Esser, Dr Caroline Dudreuilh and Dr. Gianluca Rompianesi.
Each of them is either currently doing or have recently completed successful research or clinical fellowships. They are supremely knowledgeable and provide a wealth of advice and tips on organising and going through fellowships.
Dr. Hannah Esser is a surgical trainee in Austria and is currently doing a research fellowship in Edinburgh.
Dr. Caroline Dudreuilh is a transplant nephrologist from France who is now doing a clinical and research fellowship in London.
Dr. Gianluca Rompianesi was a surgical trainee from Italy. He came over to the UK and did several clinical HPB, kidney and liver transplant fellowships in London, Oxford and Edinburgh. As a result, he is now an Associate Professor of HPB and Liver Transplant Surgery in Naples, Italy.
