How To Overcome Any Obstacle

Find someone you admire outside of their spiritual practice. You can recognize the qualities in other people that you admire because those qualities are within you. 2. Spiritual practices are essential; they take you out of the conditioned mind. Allow you to see that the obstacle is no longer an obstacle. Spiritual practice gives you a map of your mind. Step back and look at the map – find different paths. 3. Accumulation of agitations forming blockages. The freedom is here, all is hallucinations. It is a “universe of possibilities and probabilities”. There is a frame in which what you consider an obstacle, is not an obstacle. Anything limiting my ability to pretend is false. 4. Monitor what you are saying to yourself, what you are narrating to yourself. If you say red on the inside, you will find red on the outside. Look for positive qualities in other people. Especially those that are closest to you. Voice those positive qualities. Learn to appreciate the simple subtleties. Look in the mirror. Your tension is inhibiting your resonance with your desired outcomes. Relax.
