Kelly shares her business secret -- know your clients and establish personal relationships.  Then, Kelly reveals the best part of owning a business -- that she's always learning, always growing, always trying new things.  Kelly also advises business owners to find their niche so they are not lost in a sea of competition.  In her case, she focuses on Trauma informed Yoga.  Kelly turned challenges in her personal life into something that helps others and has been well received in the community. 

Kelly's course is called Healing Together: A Holistic Approach to Trauma, and is designed   for professionals who work with trauma victims and survivors. Speech/ Physical/ Occupational Therapists, nurses, mental health professionals, social workers, paraprofessionals, school teachers/counselors, First Responders, or anyone that works with traumatized clients can develop a deeper understanding of yoga to treat your clients with a more holistic approach. Kelly also runs a hair loss support group on Facebook.  Many people -- especially women -- lose their hair that from illness, trauma or medical conditions, and Kelly shares steps to address this personal challenge, while Tracey discusses the merits of various products and strategies that can help with personal appearance issues.

The support group was created to offer support to those who suffer from, or have suffered from the many forms of hair loss, and the community welcome ALL hair loss sufferers and provides a safe, private place to share stories, advice and experiences.
