Self-doubt can show up in our lives as feelings of uncertainty about our capabilities. Feeling this way is part of the human experience. Yet self-doubt can prevent us from taking action and leave us stuck.

Natalie Jo Flynn is from Cleveland, Ohio and spent time in Steamboat, Colorado which "enforced" how living outdoors makes a difference in one's physical, mental, and spiritual health.

She has been a nurse for 27 years, primarily in the Emergency Department. For the last 3 years, Natalie has been transitioning to a more sustainable level of wellness through functional medicine.

In this coaching episode, Haley helps Natalie overcome self-doubt and access her inner strength.
