Friends, the verse of the week is
Hebrews 4:15-16 “For we do not have a high priest who is unable to empathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet he did not sin. Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.”
In this episode Raizel and Xenia discuss some questions that need answering!
What is a high priest?
Why was Jesus the ultimate sacrifice?
How does Jesus understand temptation if he never sinned?
Does Jesus truly empathize with my weaknesses?
Can I confess my sins without fear and shame?
If you’ve fallen short (Roman’s 3:23 says we all have) this episode will remind you that you are not your sins, and your sins don’t disqualify you from a relationship with God!
When you fall short, run to the father who is ready to extend grace, mercy and forgiveness! He’s waiting on you with open arms!
